Origin still has the odd complaints still
Noticed on Sheffield Forum there's still people who have not received there refund yet and on Twitter too.

Surely it doesn't take 3 months to refund someone haha.

I did notice that they are offering 2 years line rental packages...Don't know many ISP's that offer that..do they need the cash maybe?

Just an FYI I finally managed to be let free from my contract with Origin and received a full refund of all services. It took some persistence through.

I should hopefully be a Happy Zen customer shortly

I finally got my refund through last week after numerous phone calls and a complaint email.
Shock of all shocks they phoned me the day before I got the refund to say that it had just been processed!

I had a call from Origin today, wanting to have a chat with me about how I found their new service they were providing me.

I think their records need updating, I dumped them over a month ago, didn't have the heart to call them back and let them know.
