RE: Not in the Ripwire Database?
I had my call from Ask4 today. Don't know if it was off the back of the call I made or their database, nice to know that I am on their list though. :-)

What was the call regarding out of interest? Are they confirming the migration information?

It was a courtesy call, just to let me know they are now looking after ripwire customers. Asked if I had got a letter from them (i haven't) and that I should have a letter soon. That was it really!

@ThEGr33k

There wasn't many who got the email I sent. It was only sent to the people that I knew hadn't been contacted at that time and was on the forum Smile

Ah right. Well still not actually heard anything direct from Ask4 so I guess we'll see what happens!

Hi.

I want to get one of our guys to give you a call but I don't have your name or details. Please PM me or give us a call on 0114 303 3232 and we'll let you know what details we have for you. If they're not complete we can fill in the gaps Smile

Alfie.

RE: Not in the Ripwire Database?
I spoke to ASK4 today for first time (only just discovering the Ripwire issue).

Apparently I've had no contact yet because I'm on a separate list of ones that have static IP addresses. At least they know I exist now Smileand I've been with Ripwire for over 14 months! (no issue since joining).
