That's right, DR is installed to a house and cannot be moved from one address to another. If you want to move then pay up for the remaining contract u have n start a new 18 month contract. Or get the person who is moving into your old house to take over ur existing contract

I'm guessing that this is likely due to the contract that Thales are put into by BT for the SLU, it's probably 18 months which would mean that if you moved then they are still in contract and have to pay up the remainder of the contract as well as then setting up a new contract when your service is installed at your next place.
