Anyone had the letter from LBO today informing them that from now on Chess Group will be taking over LBO products ?

Yes, I got one today.
Bit surprised/peeved we weren't informed beforehand though as it says it took effect from 1st April!!
T&Cs for the contract are now with them o_O

Yes I was going to talk to them about it after I finish work looking at the chess webpage there broadband packages have pretty bad bandwidth caps.

Granted if this is the case my contract will be terminated and I am not sending the DD form off until I know the full details.

I have just emailed LBO to ask what options are available should I not want to pay Chess for my Broadband and phone. Awaiting a reply, will post back when I have one.

I am only 7 months in to my contract but am not happy about them just changing my supplier. Will have to see if there is a way out.

i think that is bad - they should have done something before this - i wonder if this means they are pulling out of the network as a whole

Well im 12 month in but if I have any change to my current service such as caps etc then that is a breach of my current contract and im sure I can get out and I know BT will take my money instead.
