I emailed them over the weekend stating the bit on the letter about being bound to their t&c and about transferring my service because I don't accept them

I got a email back today asking for my phone number to locate my account but haven't heard back since replying if I am able to get out I will be with origin asap.

What I find interesting is the comments from Chess regarding LittleBigOne. It sounds like they (LittleBigOne) were keen to jump ship from Digital Region. Hardly surprising I don't think.

My perception here is that Chess won't be advertising Digital Region as much as say Origin is and taking more of a backseat like Ask4. From a consumer view of things, pretty concerning!.
