This is totally unacceptable.

Chess should hang their heads in shame at even attempting this.

Also - how many months on are we and there's still not even so much as a mention of Chess on their website.

I've tweeted to @Chess as they appear to be active more on Twitter than they are in this forum (which is a shame for issues such as this!). Hopefully they will pick up and get in touch with you all on this thread.

Ive not had any issues with them so far and have probably used close to 600GB download in the last month catching up on some TV from usenet

@Tekmobile not a case of any issues with service mate more that they have stuck a near £3 charge on everyone's bill this month without actually asking if we would like the extra service they have charged us for.

I know but I don't have this charge on a BB only pack we need to find out if it applies to phone of BB

No mate, looks like the customer service is zero. I mailed them two days ago and have heard nothing back. Roll on next Friday for my Infinity2 install Smile
