[RESOLVED] Unable to log in to Ask4

[RESOLVED] Unable to log in to Ask4
Has anyone else had problems with logging in with Ask4 this morning? I'm a Ripwire refugee and I've tried via my router and with a direct connection to my PC without joy (error 691).

I called tech support earlier and when the 2nd line guys get in they are going to reset my password. Just waiting on the email now.

I assume the DSL light on the Cellpipe is solid green?, you got a dial tone on your landline?

Yes, all was looking good.

Anyway, its working again now. I gave it one last go before calling support again and it worked. Connected my router back in and that's ok too.

Sorry for the disruption, entirely our fault Sad

An automated job that runs admin tasks on customer accounts triggered a bug that we though we'd fixed last week. It basically appended a string to the end of ex-RiPWiRE customer's usernames that then caused authentication to fail. All the usernames have been rebuilt and hopefully the bug has been fixed permanently.
