Twitter rumour of ISP not paying bills
Might be nothing, but saw this tweet from a couple of days ago:

Do you think this might have something to do with Chess Telecom cutting people off DRL earlier than the official shutdown date?

Very poor show from whoever this is. All of the remaining players are big enough companies to pay their bill.
