Switched to sky
I'm not technical minded so apologies if you know this.
I rang sky and explained the DR situation. Surprise surprise he had never heard of DR. Anyway instead of waiting for the cease sky have basically taken over the line as a fresh install, and are classing it as as if I've just moved into the house and taken my broadband with it. As it stands I will be without broadband for 4 days and so far so good. although I've lost my phone number, which I never use anyway as I have unlimited on my mobile. Shame it's ADSL but hoping to upgrade in the near future. Hope this helps |

RE: Switched to sky
Its certainly odd, as surely it takes longer to do that than a migration with MAC?
