Affiniti Networks - Broadband for the city centre?

Hi all,

Has anyone ever come across this lot; http://www.affiniti.com/home/

Was searching on roadworks.org and there's lots of work planned in with Affiniti, but all it says it "Rodding to test duct route in footway.."

Did some Google searches, couldn't come up with much for them in Sheffield, just their international website.

Curious if they already have an existing network or are planning to roll something out as part of the council's "final solution" to broadband in the Centre?

I'd imagine it will be some kind of business / public sector solution rather than residential. I'd like to be proven wrong though.
