LBO VOIP Features
I wondered if anyone can offer any advice on the LBO phone features? I cant find any instructions on the LBO website for voicemail etc.
Also, when dialling 1471, the message says number is not known, although if I look in the router settings, the number is listed within. Is this their own VOIP service or are they using a 3rd party where perhaps I could get some guidance from? |

RE: LBO VOIP Features
Dial 121 for voice mail You can set up an access code too. The default code, if I remember correctly is your phone number.
Not sure about 1471 as I have my own answer machine that also displays missed calls and caller display. Call waiting is also part of the service. |

RE: LBO VOIP Features
I asked LBO this very question a couple of days ago, here is their reply:
He is a list of call features available with our phone service. 24x7 support We offer a UK-based 24x7 support desk to assist with fault resolution, system configuration and account management Call back service (like 1-4-7-1) Feature code that provides an extension with the time and telephone number of the last received call Call forwarding / divert Allows an extension to divert or forward all of its calls to another handset or outside number Caller ID Allows a receiving handset to display the telephone number of the person calling (unless withheld) Voicemail Full voicemail feature set including personal messages and handset notification (handset dependant) Not very comprehensive but hope it helps? |

RE: LBO VOIP Features
I am using VoIP service provided by Chess telecom and extremely satisfied with the kind of service they provide. They have extremely efficient customer support that's helped me and my business a lot.

Reading some of the comments on here you must be one of the lucky ones, although it could be the other way round I suppose, the comments on here could be the minority |

RE: LBO VOIP Features
I can only speak from personal experience. Chess customer service is awful in my opinion. I have emailed customer service on no fewer than five occasions now, they have not managed to reply to a single one.
I could ring them on their premium rate number I suppose |

Seems it would be better if I were a business customer. They don't seem to know how to resolve residential queries very well. I was told to ring alternate numbers or they would pass on my query for me [sigh]. Can't wait to move away. |
