If anyone is interested in making copies of their old tickets from ripwire, incase they are not transfered across correctly, you can try the following

email@domain is your email address you registered with ripwire

ticketnumber is your ticketnumber (can be found from any old emails you may have received)

open the ticket and then copy it and save as text file locally

remember we are unsure how long this link will stay active for
