A real bitter-sweet experience for me, half of me thinks they deserve everything they get, but the other half kind of feels sorry for Origin, perhaps all the problems have been caused by their inexperience and naivety. Still there is no defence for the way they have (mis)managed the DR closure.

Agree, I don't see them holding out. The reputation is so far down the rabbit hole I can't actually see anything in it. ..Still not seen an apology from them. Regards
