Sheffield Star Article
There's a full 2 page article in today's Sheffield Star in the Business section.

I've not had chance to read it yet but it features our very own @SpencerUk.

Would definitely recommend picking up a copy!

Nice articles there.

Spells it out pretty well.

ASK4 are perfectly right in their small piece. Its cost them a little (and a loss of some customers), but they had a plan, communicated with those affected, helped everyone out with their moves with plenty of notice and their reputation is untarnished.

I've just read the articles. I also like the fact that there's a small article on the next page taking about the fact that Plusnet are partying as they hit 1,000 members of staff!

Good articles there and doesn't our very own @SpencerUk scrub up well. Big Grin

Ask4 did an excellent job in helping their customers migrate from DR,kept them informed all the time...Now if only a certain other isp had followed their route... Undecided
