56 Days in Stannington

56 days after the closure of Digital Region and whatever happened at Origin (?) I now have Broadband, BT Infinity to be exact.

I am not crowing about having a connection. I am just in shock that in a country which is supposed to be technologically advanced, it can take 56 days to connect up a broadband link when all the capital infrastructure is already in place. In other words, in the year 2015 it takes 56 days for our telecommunications industry to process an administrative problem that does not fit the norm.

Still got a "tag" on the line
Ready to pay money, put down a commitment
Unbelievable

Plusnet took my line over when I still had tags on, had to have a new number but as there's no phone plugged in that didn't matter.
