Returning equipment
I've just sent a complaint to Origin about the lack of a refund.
Here is their response: I've looked through your account and I can see that a refund is definitely due here. Your refund should be back in your account early next week at the latest. Can you please ensure that any equipment we supplied to you is returned to us if this hasn't been done already? Now, I do have the ZyXel router which they can have, but I'm not paying for postage. I recall hearing that the router was the property of DRL, so my question is, what should I do now? Ask Origin to pay the postage? Offer them the chance to collect it? I don't see why I should be out of pocket. Cheers Dave |

I've still got the Tenda router and the Thales box
If they want them back they'll have to come and get them, at a date and time of my choosing At which point I will probably be out... |

Same here, they can pick it up when they want no way an I wasting any more time on that company.

When I left O2 they sent a pre paid bag to send the router back,if Origin want them back they should do the same.
