Migrating to Zen Internet

I suspected as much, but they were trying to encourage me to get a second line but of course I already HAVE a second line with Origin. Getting a third line would be insanity.

I'm a little more sceptical about Zen now as it seems they just didn't have a clue where to raise this issue with Openreach and kept passing the book to everyone else for weeks. Obviously I cannot tell what they were actually doing and I certainly got more feedback then I ever have from Origin about stuff, but still not a good experience after all.

Would I still recommend them? If you line is definitely free from tags then yes, but if there is any potential for problems then probably not.
